Complaints Procedure

To resolve problems directly related to the purchasing process, go to the Avangate Payment Site. In any of the following cases;....
  • you have paid for a product but you have not recieved licence keys or setup information (this would normally take up to 24 hours only)
  • you have already contacted Avangate about the purchasing process and you are unsatisfied with the resolution or the service you received

  • include your order reference in all correspondence
  • include the email address you used when purchasing in all correspondence if it is different.
  • include the date your order was placed.
  • and include as much detail as possible about the problem you encountered.
